Canopus Wine & Food Pairing Dinner

Join us at Brasero Atlántico for a special Canopus Wine & Food Pairing Prix-Fixe Dinner, offered in addition to our regular menu. This one-night experience highlights Argentine flavors through a thoughtfully curated multi-course menu, paired with wines from Canopus.

The evening will be hosted by Gabriel Dvoskin, founder and winemaker of Canopus, a boutique winery from Argentina’s renowned Uco Valley, who will be on hand to share insight into each wine and pairing.

Available with a regular dinner reservation.
